Aesha is Co-Director and Director of Operations at The Brain Workshop, bringing over 13 years of experience across education, child development, client-focused services and organisational leadership.
She holds a BSc in Human Physiology and an MBA in Management from Coventry University, UK.
Her academic background, combined with her management training and professional experience, has shaped a practical and people-focused approach to leadership and service delivery.
At The Brain Workshop, Aesha oversees the centre’s operations, organisational development and overall client and family experience.
She works closely with the clinical, cognitive training and administrative teams to support effective coordination and ensure the smooth delivery of services.
Her work combines operational leadership with a strong understanding of children, families and educational environments, with an emphasis on clear communication, consistency and well-coordinated support.
