About Kaitlyn
Kaitlyn holds a degree in Psychology from Canadian University Dubai, with a growing professional interest in child development, learning and cognitive skills.
She began developing her experience as a volunteer Teaching Assistant at Al Noor Training Centre for People of Determination, where she supported learning, prepared educational materials and provided one-to-one assistance.
She later completed internships at The Brain Workshop and Mind Inside, gaining exposure to cognitive skills training, neurodevelopmental and psychological conditions, and different therapeutic approaches.
At The Brain Workshop, Kaitlyn works with individuals to strengthen cognitive skills while creating an environment that encourages them to challenge themselves, build confidence and recognise their own progress.
Alongside psychology, Kaitlyn has a strong interest in the arts, particularly photography and painting.
Her creative background contributes to an observant, flexible and hands-on approach to her work.
